As I see more and more movies coming out that are remakes of past books, comics or movies...I wonder. What will be the next source of pre-created stories or characters that Hollywood will tap into? I believe what sparked this pondering was the announcement of movie remakes of Hasbro toys...

I'm a business student at the University of North Florida whose, despite my career choice, true passion is movies. I started Blog About Movies in February of 2009 with it's original title We'll See How This Goes not knowing the direction or future, evident by my first post. It became quickly clear that my love for movies had finally found an outlet, and everything past that is history. At Blog About Movies I plan on bringing you more than just the latest movie news. I promise to try my best to come up with original material, whether it's a rant on "The fall of creative writing" or a list of the "10 rules to horror movies". My main goal is to encourage discussion. I want everyone who reads one of my posts to leave a comment saying anything, let me know what you think positive or negative and Blog About Movies.
